I had a short winter break at the The Hydro Hotel in Bowness (SUPERB stay - and their winter break rate is FANTASTIC value for money) an decided to do a bit of lowfly photography at Bank Rigg, overlooking Thirlmere for a day. I went a bit too high which put me a bit far from the action for my Nikon 70-300 vr lens, so all of these are crops. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger version. Pics in no particular order. Not a bad day with 13 passes in all inc 5 by GR4's (1 twice) |
