I was in the Lake District as part of a walking holiday with my walking club. I decided that I would not do a walk every day, instead, I planned to take 2 days off to try a bit of low-fly photography.
The first day, Tues 3rd June was rainy in the morning, but I did go to Dunmail in the afternoon to check out where I would be going on Wednesday. These photos are almost all from Wednesday, but I have thrown in a few others. Path repair work was taking place on the Helvellyn side of the Dunmail Valley. I expected this to stop lowflying activity in the area but I had 13 aircraft movements.
