| On Friday we went to watch the nesting Ospreys near Bassenthwaite Lake. Whilst we were there, these 2 Hercs came past over the lake (sorry about the fast shutter speed - not ready for a prop plane!). The Dassault Falcon 20DC went high over us within a few seconds of the hercs passing. The Tornado went into a valley opposite (very distant from us), but the Merlin was nice - it came past when we were near the Tea Rooms at the base of Dodd Hill, giving plenty of notice! | ||
